The playground at Mends Street will be closed from tomorrow as new turf is installed there and at the eastern end of the Connect South, Mends Street piazza.

Cricket wicket and turf upgrades at City reserves
As part of a $50,000 grant from Cricket Australia, the City is installing a new synthetic cricket wicket at Challenger Reserve, as well as upgrading the synthetic training nets and turf at a number of reserves around the City.
