Footpath replacement - Ryrie Avenue, Como
The City will soon carry out footpath replacement works on Ryrie Avenue, Como, as part of the City’s 2026/27 Slab Replacement Program.
The works will involve removing the existing concrete slabs and constructing a new 1.5-metre-wide concrete footpath within the verge.
Location: Ryrie Avenue, between Canning Highway and number 10 Ryrie Avenue (see map below)
Date: Week commencing Monday 26 October 2026
Duration: Approximately four weeks, weather permitting
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm.
Works may not occur every day during this period.
The City will make every effort to minimise disruption during the works. Local residents have been notified by letter, with project updates available on the City’s Road and Footpath Works webpage.
