Road works - Frasers Lane, South Perth

Road rehabilitation works will soon begin on Frasers Lane, South Perth. These works will repair the road surface and associated infrastructure, helping extend its lifespan and ensure it remains safe and functional for the community. 

Location: Frasers Lane, between Mill Point Road and South Perth Esplanade, South Perth (see map below)

Date: Week beginning Monday 19 October 2026

Duration: Approximately three weeks, weather permitting. Monday to Friday 7am-5.30pm. Please note the works may not occur every day during this period.

The works include two rounds of asphalt resurfacing, which will temporarily impact property access at certain times, as well as minor civil infrastructure upgrades to access ramps, drainage and kerbing that may affect reticulation systems.

The City will make every effort to minimise disruption during the works. Local residents have been notified by letter, and project updates will be available on the City's Roads and Footpath Works webpage.
