Road works - Melinga Court, Karawara

Road rehabilitation works will soon begin on Melinga Court to restore the road surface and associated infrastructure, helping prevent further deterioration and ensuring the road remains safe and functional for years to come.

Location: Melinga Court between Walanna Drive and the cul-de-sac, Karawara.

Date: Week beginning Monday, 10 August 2026

Duration: Approximately six weeks to complete, weather permitting, Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm. Please note that works may not occur every day during this period.

The works include two rounds of asphalt resurfacing, which will temporarily impact property access, as well as minor civil infrastructure upgrades to access ramps, drainage and kerbing that may affect reticulation systems.

The City will make every effort to minimise disruption during the works. Local residents have been notified by letter, and project updates will be available on the City's Roads and Footpath Works webpage.
