Footpath replacement - Davilak Street, Como

Footpath replacement works will soon begin on Davilak Street, Como, as part of the City’s 2026/27 Slab Replacement Program.

The works will be restricted to the street verge and will involve the removal of existing concrete slabs and construction of a new 1.5-metre-wide concrete footpath.

Location: Davilak Street, between Robert St and Lockhart St, Como

Date: Week commencing Monday 3 August 2026

Duration: Approximately four (4) weeks, weather permitting. Works will generally be undertaken Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 5:00pm.

Please note the works may not be carried out every day during this period. The City will make every effort to minimise disruption during the works. Local residents will be notified by letter, and project updates will be available on the City’s website.
