Lease opportunity at Manning Community Centre

The City of South Perth is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations to lease a multi-purpose property within Manning Community Centre. 

The Centre is located at 7 Bradshaw Crescent, Manning, and is a lively community hub featuring a library, child health clinic, community hall, meeting room, sporting clubrooms, an early years children’s room, and a multi-purpose property. 

With the recent vacancy of the multi-purpose property, an opportunity is now available for an organisation, service provider, community group, sporting club or not-for-profit association to lease the space for a permitted use that delivers benefits to the local community. 

Applications will be assessed against the selection criteria outlined in the EOI documentation. Successful applicants will need to demonstrate how their proposed use of the property will complement the social, recreational and economic services already provided by the City. 

EOI submissions close at 4pm on Friday 31 July 2026.
