Resurfacing night works - Anstey Street Car Park 8

The Anstey Street car park, near the South Perth Senior Citizens Centre, will soon be closed at night to allow for resurfacing works.

The car park resurfacing works, which include laying asphalt and upgrading associated drainage, will prevent further deterioration and help ensure the area remains in good condition for years to come.

Location: Anstey Street Car Park 8, near the South Perth Senior Citizens Centre, South Perth (see map below) 

Date: Week commencing Monday 23 February 2026

Duration: Approximately four weeks, Monday to Saturday, 7pm - 5:30am (weather permitting). Works may not be carried out every day during this period. 

The City will make every effort to minimise the disruption. Daytime parking (5.30am - 7pm) will not be affected. Local residents and businesses have been notified by letter, and updates will also be available on the City’s website.
