Underground power information session - Kensington Project Area

On Wednesday 23 July 2025, the City, in partnership with Western Power, will hold a community information session about underground power coming soon to the Kensington project area through the Network Renewal Undergrounding Program Pilot (NRUPP). 

This project will replace overhead power lines with underground power infrastructure and construction is expected to commence in the last quarter of 2025.

Drop in to John McGrath Pavillion any time between 3 and 6.30pm to speak with Western Power experts and City staff to ask questions and learn more about the NRUPP project.
