Underground power update for South Perth and Hurlingham

Western Power has provided an update on the estimated completion date for the South Perth and Hurlingham underground power project. The scheduled completion date is now 31 July 2025.

The final stage of the project involves energising remaining connections, dismantling existing poles and installing the remaining streetlights.

This project is a Retrospective Undergrounding Project (RUP), a partnership between the City of South Perth and Western Power.
