Tender 9/2024 HVAC and Refrigeration Maintenance Services – Panel (New)

The City of South Perth invites detailed submissions from suitably qualified contractors to submit tenders for HVAC and refrigeration services for the City of South Perth.

Tender closes 2pm, Tuesday, 2 July 2024 (AWST).

Mandatory Site briefing to be held at 10am, Tuesday 18 June 2024 at John McGrath Pavilion – 97 Hensman Street, South Perth. Attendance is a requirement to submit a Tender.

A copy of the Tender documentation must be obtained by registering your details via the City’s e-Procurement portal at southperth.wa.gov.au/Tenders.

Tender documentation must be submitted electronically via the City’s eProcurement portal no later than the closing time.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, hand delivered or by telephone will not be accepted for evaluation.

Canvassing of any City of South Perth staff or Councillors will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
