Major Land Transaction – Collier Park Village Business Plan

Public Notice 27 March 2024

The City of South Perth hereby gives Statewide public notice that it proposes to undertake a major land transaction in accordance with Section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995.

The City proposes to dispose of Lot 3296 on Deposited Plan 185224 being the whole of the land in Qualified Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3035 Folio 830 and Lot 4049 on Deposited Plan 192521 being the whole of the land in Qualified Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3024 Folio 436 (Collier Park Village).

A copy of the business plan containing details of the major land transaction, may be inspected on the City’s website and at the Civic Centre.

Submissions on the proposed business plan should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer.
