Tender 11/2023 Provision of Lift Maintenance Services

REQUEST FOR TENDER

The City of South Perth invites detailed submissions from suitably qualified contractors to submit tenders for lift maintenance services for the City of South Perth.

Mandatory tender briefing will be held at 10am (AWST) Tuesday, 5 December 2023 at Manning Community Centre - 2 Conochie Crescent, Manning. RSVP required.

Tender closes 2pm, Tuesday 16 January 2024 (AWST).

A copy of the tender documentation must be obtained by registering your details via the City’s eProcurement portal at southperth.wa.gov.au/tenders.

Tender documentation must be submitted electronically via the City’s eProcurement portal no later than the closing time.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, hand delivered or by telephone will not be accepted for evaluation.

Canvassing of any City of South Perth staff or Councillors will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
