City launches Strategic Community Plan 2017-2027
The City of South Perth has officially launched its new Strategic Community Plan, a guiding document for the City and community over the next 10 years.
Out for Comment Draft Scheme Amendment No. 56 – Civic Site
The City seeks public comments on draft Scheme Amendment No. 56 to Town Planning Scheme No. 6, relating to the land identified as the ‘Civic Site’ being that bound by Mill Point Road, Mends Street and Labouchere Road. Feedback closes 5pm, Tuesday 16 January 2018.
Road works on Hope Ave in Manning
The City will be undertaking road rehabilitation works at Hope Avenue, Manning – Redmond St to Welwyn Ave and will commence on 20 November 2017.

2018 Angelo Street Marketplace Expressions of Interest open
The City is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from local businesses, community groups, schools, performers, artists, pop up bar operators and workshop facilitators to be a part of the 2018 Angelo Street Marketplace to be held on Sunday 25 March 2018.
