SPSP Parking Management Plan update
The City is progressing towards the delivery of an area wide Parking Management Plan for the South Perth Station Precinct.

Redmond Reserve path closure

Amendment No. 46 South Perth Station Precinct comes into effect
The City of South Perth’s Town Planning Scheme Amendment No. 46 ‘South Perth Station Precinct’ has come into immediate operational effect following its publication in the Government Gazette on Tuesday 21 February 2017.

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved City of South Perth local planning scheme Amendment No. 46 on 31 January 2017.
Manning Road on-ramp funding
The City has welcomed an announcement by the State Government to commit $15 million in funding for construction of a southbound on-ramp from Manning Road to the Kwinana Freeway.
