EOI Lease Opportunity at Eric Street, Como
The City of South Perth is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from businesses and organisations to lease and manage a property situated on a portion of Comer Reserve.
The property has croquet lawns, clubhouse facilities and associated infrastructure. These facilities make the space a great place for a sporting club or not-for-profit association, business, service provider or community group.
Applications will be assessed against the selection criteria that demonstrates how their proposed use of the property will complement the social, recreational and economic services already provided by the City.
