Footpath maintenance works - Harper Terrace, South Perth

Footpath maintenance works will soon be carried out at the entrance to the IGA Underground Car Park on Harper Terrace, South Perth, to repair damaged paving and help keep the footpath network safe and accessible.

Location: IGA Underground Car Park entrance/exit, 24 Harper Terrace, South Perth

Date: Week commencing Monday 19 October 2026

Duration: Approximately two days, weather permitting, between 7am and 4pm. Works may not take place every day during this period.

The works will include:

• removing damaged paving and reinstating the concrete footpath
• minor associated maintenance works
• temporarily closing the underground car park for approximately two days.

Traffic management will be in place during the works, with pedestrian detours provided during the day and overnight to keep pedestrians safe.

Access to adjacent properties will be maintained, although minor traffic delays may occur while traffic management is in place.

Local residents will be notified by letter. Project updates will also be available on the City’s Roads and Footpaths Works webpage.
