Cr Hayley Prendiville resigns

City of South Perth councillor Hayley Prendiville has announced her resignation from Council. 

Elected in 2023, Cr Prendiville has represented the diverse and changing needs of the Moresby community, while passionately advocating for the preservation of the City's South Perth’s environment, community safety and supporting local groups and clubs.

She served on the City's CEO Selection Committee, CEO Evaluation Committee, Arts Advisory Group and the City of South Perth Inclusive Community Advisory Group. 

On behalf of the City, Mayor Greg Milner thanked Ms Prendiville for her years of service, highlighting the contribution she made to the community, including advocating for the recent Christmas Lights Competition and No More Blank Walls Mural Festival. 

“I’d like to thank Councillor Prendiville for her contribution to the Council and the City. She should take pride in the impact she has made in transforming our great City,” he said. 

“We wish her the best for the future.”  

Ms Prendiville’s resignation is effective immediately.
