Have your say on draft Scheme Amendment to Local Planning Scheme

The City of South Perth is seeking feedback on Scheme Amendment No.3 to Local Planning Scheme No.7 (LPS 7) for Lot 1 Labouchere Road, South Perth.  

The proposed Scheme Amendment designates the zone as ‘Private Community Purpose’. Lot 1 Labouchere Road, South Perth is owned in freehold by Royal Perth Golf Club (RPGC) and contains the clubhouse building. It does not contain the golf course, which is a separate parcel of land. 

Council resolved at its Tuesday 24 February 2026 Ordinary Council Meeting to advertise Amendment No.3 for a 42-day period. 

Residents are invited to read the draft Scheme Amendment and FAQs, and complete a feedback form on the City’s Your Say South Perth page. 

Hard copies of the draft Scheme Amendment and feedback forms are also available at the City’s Civic Centre and South Perth and Manning Libraries. 

Feedback closes at 4pm, Thursday 23 July (AWST).
