Metro Inner DAP Agenda 21 April 2026

Dear Members, Applicants and Officers,

A Metro Inner meeting has been scheduled on 21^st April 2026 at 9:30am at the Department of Planning, Lands & Heritage (140 William Street, Perth) to determine the following applications:

* Project teams listed are taken from the original development application submitted and may not encompass all companies involved in the application process.

The confirmed Members of the panel will be as follows:

The agenda will be available on the DAP website 7 clear days before the meeting.

For those of you attending in person at 140 William Street, please enter via the William Street entrance and use lift H from the ground floor lobby. On arrival, please sign in at the self-serve kiosks – enter DAP Secretariat (daps@dplh.wa.gov.au) as the person you are meeting. This will trigger a notification and someone from the DAP Secretariat will collect you for the meeting.

Local Government:

• Please inform all submitters, including companies and referral agencies, of the scheduled meeting date and details of agenda publication.
• Please advise the DAP Secretariat of the names of any additional officers who will attend the meeting.

Applicants:

• Please advise the DAP Secretariat if you will be sending a representative to the meeting on your behalf or if any work colleagues/associates will attend.
• The name and work title of any additional attendee is required.
