EOI to activate South Perth Foreshore and City reserves

News Update 3 March 2026

The City of South Perth is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from commercial businesses and community organisations to deliver temporary recreational activities and activations across the South Perth Foreshore and other City parks and reserves during 2026 /27. 

Multi-year agreement/licence agreement renewal options may also be negotiated. 

The City is eager to hear from you if you feel you can support the City to: 

  • Embrace and facilitate unique events and attractions on or near the foreshore areas and reserves 

  • Facilitate and create opportunities for social, cultural and physical activity in the City 

  • Undertake events and attractions to grow tourism to local destinations. 

The types of operations may include: 

  • Recreational activities 

  • Mobile food vendors 

  • Buskers/street entertainment 

  • Events and tours 

  • Host events held in partnership with the City 

Applicants will need to provide details of how their proposal meets a range of criteria as outlined in the Expression of Interest application form below.  

To make a submission review and complete an  Expression of Interest application form. 

EOI closes at 4pm, Monday 23 March 2026.
