Tender 8/2025 Provision of New Public Toilets & Changing Places Building at Neil McDougall Park

The City of South Perth invites detailed submissions from suitably qualified contractors to submit tenders for the construction of new toilets and change room facilities for the City of South Perth.

Tender closes at 2:00PM Wednesday 17 December 2025 (AWST).

Mandatory site briefing to be held at 10am Thursday 27 November 2025 (AWST) at Neil McDougall Park Public Toilet Building, Ley Street, Como. Attendance is a requirement to submit a Tender.

A copy of the tender documentation must be obtained by registering your details via the City’s eProcurement portal at southperth.wa.gov.au/tenders

Tender documentation must be submitted electronically via the City’s eProcurement portal no later than the closing time.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, hand delivered or by telephone will not be accepted for evaluation.

Canvassing of any City of South Perth staff or Councillors will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
