Tender 7/2025 Provision of New Changeroom Building for Collier Reserve

The City of South Perth invites detailed submissions from suitably qualified contractors to submit tenders for the construction of a new change room facility for the City of South Perth.

Tender closes at 5pm, Monday 8 December 2025 (AWST).

Mandatory site briefing to be held at 10am, Tuesday 18 November 2025 (AWST) at Collier Reserve, Thelma Street Como. Attendance is a requirement to submit a Tender.

A copy of the tender documentation must be obtained by registering your details via the City’s eProcurement portal at southperth.wa.gov.au/tenders

Tender documentation must be submitted electronically via the City’s eProcurement portal no later than the closing time.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, hand delivered or by telephone will not be accepted for evaluation.

Canvassing of any City of South Perth staff or Councillors will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
