New Director Corporate Services appointed
The City of South Perth has appointed Bree Websdale to the position of Director Corporate Services, commencing Monday 10 November 2025.
Ms Websdale joins the City from the Town of Claremont, where she has served as Director Corporate Services since 2019. In this role, Ms Websdale managed a broad portfolio including Finance, Payroll, ICT, GIS, Governance, Legal, Risk, Human Resources, Work Health and Safety and Community Safety. She also oversaw the Library and Customer Relations teams during her tenure.
Before her local government career, Bree worked as a practising lawyer with Jackson McDonald and Hotchkin Hanly, gaining extensive experience in corporate and legal matters.
City of South Perth Acting CEO Matthew Scott welcomed Ms Websdale’s appointment, saying her leadership and diverse expertise will be a valuable addition to the City’s executive team.
“Ms Websdale brings a strong track record in corporate governance, strategic management and organisational improvement,” he said.
“We look forward to the experience and perspective she will bring to the role.”
