Rates notices are on the way
The City of South Perth’s 2025/26 Annual Rates Notices will be issued on or around 15 August 2025.
No need to worry – you are not late for payment
All due dates have been extended in line with Council’s adopted schedule.
Full payment, as well as the first instalment for both two-instalment and four-instalment options, is now due on 22 September 2025.
Your rates notice will include:
- Details of the 2025/26 Budget
- Payment options and due dates
- Hardship support information
- New waste and recycling initiatives
- Recycling Centre Entry Vouchers
How to Pay
You can pay:
- Online
- In person – card payments can be made at the South Perth Civic Centre (please note: cash is no longer accepted at the Civic Centre. However, cash payments can be made an any Australia Post outlet – find a location here)
- By mail
- Via BPAY or Post Billpay
Instalment plans are available to help manage payments.
