Are you enrolled to vote in the 2025 Local Government Elections?
The next Local Government Elections will be held on Saturday 18 October 2025.
These elections are your opportunity to choose who will represent the community in the City of South Perth Council.
To be eligible to vote in the 2025 election, you must have been registered on the State electoral roll as a resident or on the City of South Perth Non-Resident Owners and Occupiers Roll by 5pm, Friday 22 August 2025.
Residents are automatically enrolled to vote if you are on the State Electoral Roll by 5pm, Friday 22 August.
To check whether you are enrolled to vote by visiting the Western Australian Electoral Commission (WAEC) website.
If you are not already on the State Electoral Roll and meet the eligibility criteria, or if you have changed address recently, you must complete an enrolment form.
If you are not eligible for the State Electoral Roll within the City of South Perth, but own or occupy a non-residential property within the City, you may be eligible for inclusion on the City of South Perth Non-Resident Owner and Occupier Roll. To vote in the 2025 Elections you must be included on this roll by 5pm Friday 22 August 2025.
