Come celebrate Children’s Book Week with a morning full of fun-filled activities for readers big and small. 

Join us at Manning Library on Saturday 9 August, 10am–12pm for our much-loved Book Week Party. Dress as your favourite book character, join in the parade and dive into crafts, activities, face painting, storytelling and a chance to win some awesome prizes. 

Book Week 2025 runs from 16–23 August, and this year’s theme, ‘Book an Adventure’, brings the wonder of storytelling to life across our libraries. 

This event is free but bookings are essential. Book your spot now.
