New playground coming soon to Jan-doo Park

Exciting changes are coming to Jan-doo Park in Como, with a new playground upgrade now under construction.

The new playground design was shaped by community feedback and includes a great mix of fun and inclusive features – from a tunnel slide and inclined net to a ‘hang and glide’, frog rocker and a two-swing set with an all abilities seat. 

A new shade sail will also be added, and the popular limestone stepping stones will remain in place.

Weather permitting, works will take around two weeks to complete.
