In accordance with section 3.58(3) and (4) of the Local Government Act 1995, it is hereby notified that the City of South Perth is advertising its intention to dispose of the following property via lease.
Premises: 57 Angelo Street, South Perth ‘Part Lot 747 on Deposited Plan 161127 comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 1905/Folio 63’.
Lessee: MI Real Estate Pty Ltd Trading as SOCO Real Estate (ABN-117526155).
Term: 3 years.
Lease Area: 427m² (approx.) comprising a tenancy of 182m² (approx.) and 7 open car bays.
Rent: $73,300 p.a. excluding GST excluding outgoings.
Market Valuation: $73,300 p.a. excluding GST excluding outgoings.
Permitted Use: Office.
Submissions on the proposed disposition are required to be made in writing and lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, City of South Perth, Cnr Sandgate St and South Tce, South Perth WA 6151, or submitted electronically to enquiries@southperth.wa.gov.au, no later than by 4pm on Thursday 22 May 2025.
