Tender 5/2025 – Provision of Removal and Disposal of Inert Waste

REQUEST FOR TENDER

The City of South Perth (“the City”) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the removal and disposal of construction and demolition waste from the City’s Operations Centre at 199 Thelma Street, Como.

The Contractor will operate a waste transfer station and be able to accept construction and other waste. The contract term will be for two (2) years, with the option to extend the term for a further two (2) years exercisable at the sole discretion of the City.

Tender closes 2:00 pm, Tuesday 15 April 2025 (AWST).

A copy of the tender documentation must be obtained by registering your details via the City’s eProcurement portal at southperth.wa.gov.au/tenders.

Tender documentation must be submitted electronically via the City’s eProcurement portal no later than the closing time.

Canvassing of any City of South Perth staff or Councillors will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
