Proposed Disposition of Property

The City of South Perth gives public notice of the proposed disposal of a portion of Lot 3 on Plan 14563 (also known as the City of South Perth Civic Centre) by way of a lease to Indara Corporation Pty Ltd for a telecommunications facility on the following key terms:

Term: Ten (10) years plus two five (5) year options.

Lease Area: Portion of Lot 3 on Plan 14563, known as the City of South Perth Civic Centre, Cnr Sandgate St and South Tce, South Perth.

Rent: $50,000 p.a. including GST excluding outgoings.

Market Valuation: $55,000 p.a. excluding GST including outgoings.

Permitted Use: Telecommunications tower. Monopole with equipment shelters for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a communications facility including installing, inspecting, storing, operating, repairing, maintaining, altering, upgrading and replacing telecommunications equipment and any incidental uses.

In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, submissions on the proposed disposition may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, City of South Perth, Cnr Sandgate St and South Tce, South Perth WA 6151, or submitted electronically to enquiries@southperth.wa.gov.au no later than 4pm on Friday 22 November 2024.
