Wesley Penrhos College Boast Shed redevelopment approved
Plans submitted by Wesley College and Penrhos College to redevelop the boat shed at Coode Street, South Perth have been approved by the Minister for Environment.
The original application was considered by the City of South Perth, and a recommendation on the application provided to DBCA.
The redevelopment will include demolishing the existing Wesley College boat shed and constructing a new one for the co-location of Wesley and Penrhos colleges.
