Stage 5 of the Local Planning Policies review commences

 A review of the City’s Local Planning Policies (LPPs) is underway to align with State Planning Reforms and support implementation of the City's draft Local Planning Scheme No. 7.

The LPP review commenced with Stage one in August 2023 and Stage five will conclude the review.

Stage five involves the draft LPP – Waste Management being open for public feedback for a period of 21 days. 

The draft LPP – Waste Management applies to non-residential development and residential development with five or more dwellings in the City of South Perth. It does not apply to single dwellings or subdivisions of less than five dwellings.
