Capacity limit at Council Agenda Briefing, Tuesday 20 February 2024

The City of South Perth is currently finalising its planning including seating arrangements for the Council Agenda Briefing that is scheduled, Tuesday 20 February 2024.  The Council Agenda Briefing will commence at 6pm, with the doors open to the public at 5.45pm.  

The City anticipates a high level of public interest in this Agenda on Tuesday evening. 

There are two main options available for members of the public to follow the Council Agenda Briefing. 

Attending In Person 

Attendance at the Council Agenda Briefing will be limited to 100 members of the public.  This capacity is in line with the maximum accommodation permitted within the Council Chambers and the adjacent Civic Centre Reception Room. Once the 100 person capacity is reached, no more people will be permitted to enter the building to optimise safety for members of the public, Elected Members, and City employees attending the meeting. 

Live Audio Streaming 

Live audio streaming will be available for people to follow the Council Agenda discussions online in the convenience of their own home and can be accessed on the Council Meetings page. Additionally, the audio recording of the meeting will be available on the City's YouTube channel following the meeting.
