Notice of Special Electors' Meeting
In response to a petition received from electors of the City of South Perth, a Special Electors’ Meeting has been called to "provide the electors with the opportunity for City Officers to explain the City’s proposal for a Westralian Centre Development at 'Node 9' on Sir James Mitchell Park, as part of the public consultation process and prior to any decision of Council".

Joint approach to bike plan paving the way
The City of South Perth and the Town of Victoria Park have been awarded funding to develop a joint bike plan. The community are invited to contribute at a series of workshops and through surveys.

Mends Street place activation
Place Laboratory consultants have been appointed by the City to provide urban design and landscape services for stage one of the Mends Street Connect South project.
Funding announced for Kwinana Freeway Manning Road on-ramp
Funding for construction of an on-ramp from Manning Road to the Kwinana Freeway has been included in a road and rail infrastructure package for WA announced by the Federal and State Governments.
