Cricket wicket and turf upgrades at City reserves
As part of a $50,000 grant from Cricket Australia, the City is installing a new synthetic cricket wicket at Challenger Reserve, as well as upgrading the synthetic training nets and turf at a number of reserves around the City.

At its meeting on Tuesday 24 September 2019, Council resolved to defer a final decision on the Draft Local Planning Strategy to allow more time for consideration of the outcomes of consultation. Further updates will be provided when the Draft Local Planning Strategy will be considered by Council again.

The City will be undertaking road rehabilitation work on Cornish Cres between Cloister Ave & Hope Ave, Manning, commencing 29 November 2019 for approximately 4 weeks.
