Manning Hub Phase Two update June 2020
Following feedback from the community and key stakeholders, the concept design for Manning Hub Phase Two has been reviewed and technical investigations carried out which has resulted in a number of modifications to the design.
Tender 12/2020 Manning Hub Phase Two Construction
The City invites submissions from suitably qualified consultants to submit tenders for the Manning Hub Phase Two Construction. Tender closes 2pm, Tuesday 23 June 2020.
Council resolves to support Draft Scheme Amendment No. 63
Council considered Draft Scheme Amendment No. 63 - Preston Street Neighbourhood Centre at its meeting on 26 May 2020 where it was resolved to support the amendment subject to modifications.
WA Roadmap Phase 3 announced
Stage 3 easing of restrictions will come into effect from Saturday 6 June and we will advise how this will impact City services and facilities over the coming week.

Road works on Downey Drive, Manning
The works will take approximately 4 weeks to complete, weather permitting. Works will be confined to the hours of 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Draft Scheme Amendment No. 63 - Preston Street Neighbourhood Centre
Council is expected to make a decision on Amendment 63 at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 26 May. Council’s decision will then go to the WAPC and Minister for Planning for consideration.
