City secures funding for urban greening and tree canopy restoration initiative
The City has secured over $77,000 in funding to plant more than 590 trees to support the City’s urban forest and restore vegetation.

Minutes of the Metro Inner Development Assessment Pane (MIDAP) meeting on 10th April 2024 have been made available on the DAP website.
Response: The Cockatoos of Collier Park Golf Course
The City received a response from Murdoch University in relation to an article titled 'The Cockatoos of Collier Park Golf Course' which was published in mySouthPerth magazine in December 2023. In the interest of transparency and to clarify information in the article the City has published the response.
