Report a Missed Bin Service
You can check your general rubbish and recycling bin collection dates on the Find my bin day page. All bins must be left out by 6am on your bin day to ensure collection.
Has your bin service been missed?
Your request will be processed during business hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
The City’s contractor may not attend on the day your request is lodged and you may be required to leave your bin out for the service to take place the following day. Please do not bring your bin in after lodging this request until it has been emptied.
