The City of South Perth invites you to participate in FREE Tai Chi classes at Manning Community Centre.

'Chi Kung play’ will utilise fun props such as ribbons and light sabres, incorporating balancing games and other playful activities to encourage people of all ages to give Tai Chi / Chi Kung a try.

Suitable for seniors, adults and children. Children are welcome to participate if paired with their parent or carer.
Chi Kung is a tool for slowing down and connecting with the physical self, improving posture, breathing, coordination and balance, and calming the busy mind through meditation and movement. Easy flowing moves are great for kids.

Classes will run every Monday and Thursday from Monday 1 April to Thursday 25 April 2019.

Mondays, 9.30-10am
Thursdays, 11.30am-12pm
Free, bookings essential

Meet on the grass under the shady trees beside the Manning Community Centre underground carpark entrance on Bradshaw Crescent.

Note: these classes will continue through April, including school holidays, Easter and Anzac day.

You may attend one or both days each week. Please register to secure your place.
