The Evolve development programme, introduced in 2014, runs alongside the City of South Perth's Emerging Artist Award and consists of workshops and professional development sessions for both Award entrants in the early stages of their artistic careers and established artists keen to further develop their skills.

The 2017 programme will offer both practical and theoretical sessions to cater for a wide range of interests and needs.
