At this long table dinner, the fig shines as the key ingredient and brings excitement to every dish. Award Winning Chef, Simon Reid will be taking the challenge of weaving the fig throughout the dishes at Halo Espresso.
There might be classic pairing with other ingredients or we may discover new delicious combinations as an exciting and enjoyable menu is created for this event. This foodie experience wouldn’t be complete without some of the award winning boutique wines straight from their cellar door paired with each of the dishes.
