Request for Proposal – Collier Park Village

The City invites suitably experienced retirement village operators to submit detailed proposals to take ownership of and to improve and enhance Collier Park Village for the benefit of current and future residents.

Request for Proposal Closes 2pm (AWST) Friday 30 June 2023.

A copy of the Request for Proposal document must be obtained by registering your details via the City’s e-Procurement portal at southperth.wa.gov.au/Tenders.

Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City’s e-Procurement portal no later than the closing time.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, hand delivered or by telephone will not be accepted for evaluation.

Canvassing of any City of South Perth staff or Councillors is not permitted.
