Adoption of new policy P318 South Perth Station Precinct Application Requirements

The City of South Perth Council have adopted the abovementioned new policy at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 26 July 2016.

P318 provides guidance on the information requirements for applications for planning approval within the South Perth Station Precinct.

The new policy applies to development where planning approval is issued on or after 27 July 2016.

The new policy is now available on the City’s website.
