Notice of Intent to Dispose of Land
The City of South Perth gives notice of its intention to dispose of the following lot, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act.
(a) Lot 801 on Deposited Plan 69206 being the whole of the land in Certificate of Title Volume 2871 Folio 492.
The City intends to dispose of the above-mentioned lot to Bradshaw 9 Pty Ltd as the (Trustee for the Bradshaw Trust) for the disposal price of $2,000,000 (excl GST) which is in excess of the market valuation undertaken by McGees in July 2016.
Submissions about this proposed disposition can be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, City of South Perth, Cnr Sandgate St and South Tce, South Perth WA 6151 by Monday 15 August 2016.
