Notice of Special Council Meeting 21 June
Notice of Special Council Meeting 7.30pm, Tuesday 21 June 2016
A Special Council Meeting has been called for the purpose of considering a legal matter, City of South Perth v ALH (2016) WASC 141. This matter will be considered behind closed doors in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 “s5.23(d) legal advice obtained, or which may be obtained, by the local government and which relates to a matter to be discussed at the meeting”.
The Special Council Meeting is being held in the Council Chamber, City of South Perth, Cnr Sandgate Street and South Terrace,
South Perth, commencing at 7.30pm, Tuesday 21 June 2016.
