CITY OF SOUTH PERTH TOWN PLANNING SCHEME NO. 6 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING APPROVAL


AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION 

Ernest Johnson Reserve Redevelopment

The City of South Perth has received an application for planning approval relating to:

Property address: Lot 2 No. 78 South Terrace & Lot 300 No. 55 Sandgate Street, South Perth (Ernest Johnson Reserve) 

Proposal: New Community Building, Demolition of Redundant Buildings, New Carpark and Upgrades to the Reserve.

Inspection and Enquiries

To view and comment on the plans, visit the ‘Feedback’ or ‘Out for Comment’ section on the City’s website.

If you require further information or wish to view the plans, visit the Civic Centre offices, Cnr Sandgate St and South Tce, South Perth. Appointments can be made on 9474 0777 during office hours.
