Property address: Lot 253 (No. 243) Canning Highway & Lot 6 (No. 148) South Terrace, South Perth

Proposal: Demolition & Redevelopment of Bottle Shop & Additions to Como Hotel

Date of notice: 6th June 2014  

Your attention is particularly drawn to the following aspects of the proposal:

THE DEMOLITION AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE EXISTING BOTTLE SHOP; and 
ADDITIONS/ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISTING "COMO HOTEL".
